About this policy

Glintrax is an independent technology services brand operating from India. This policy covers the public website at glintrax.com and business enquiries sent to support@glintrax.com.

The website is operated from India and may be accessed internationally. It provides information for business customers and is not specifically directed at consumers or children.

Information handled during a client engagement may also be covered by a separate agreement or privacy notice. This website notice does not replace those arrangements.

Information involved

• Information you send: your email address, name, organisation, message and any attachments you choose to include in an enquiry.
• Technical information: hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages and technical diagnostics when delivering or protecting the website.

The website has no account system, ecommerce, payment processing, enquiry form or contact-form database. Its email links open your email application; a message is sent only if you choose to send it. The website does not use behavioural advertising.

Please do not include passwords, API keys, production credentials, sensitive personal information or confidential client documents in an initial enquiry.

Why information is used

Enquiry information is used for legitimate business purposes: responding to enquiries, discussing requirements, preparing proposals or quotations, arranging meetings, delivering requested services and necessary business administration. Technical information supports website delivery, performance measurement, reliability, troubleshooting and protection against misuse.

Access to business enquiry emails is limited to authorised Glintrax personnel responsible for handling enquiries and delivering services. Necessary service providers may process information to operate the website and communications.

Glintrax does not sell personal information or share enquiry information with unrelated third parties for advertising or marketing. Sending an enquiry is not agreement to unrelated marketing. Information may need to be retained or disclosed where required by applicable law.

Service providers and processing locations

Cloudflare Pages hosts this static website, and Cloudflare provides DNS, delivery and security services. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled to measure visits and website performance. Cloudflare describes this analytics service as using no cookies or local storage and no individual fingerprinting. Website delivery and security may separately process technical request information. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and its analytics documentation.

Incoming email to support@glintrax.com is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to a standard Gmail mailbox. Outgoing email is sent from Gmail through Brevo SMTP to the recipient. Google/Gmail and Brevo process correspondence to store, route or deliver messages. See Google’s privacy policy and Brevo’s privacy policy. Opening an email link on the website does not itself send a message.

These providers may process information in India or other countries through their infrastructure and service arrangements. This policy does not promise India-only storage, a selected data region or a special enterprise processing arrangement. Provider policies describe their own processing practices; they do not replace Glintrax’s responsibilities for the information it handles.

Retention and security

• General enquiries: where no active business relationship develops, communications are retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful communication, unless a specific contractual, accounting, dispute-resolution or legal need justifies longer retention.
• Client and project communications: communications are retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for contractual, accounting, dispute-resolution or legal purposes.
• Earlier deletion: messages may be deleted earlier when they are no longer necessary.
• Provider logs: security and technical logs generated by service providers are retained according to the relevant provider’s settings and policies.
• Backups: copies may remain temporarily after deletion until normal backup rotation completes. Deletion does not mean immediate removal from every backup system.

No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure. Please contact us before sharing sensitive project material so that an appropriate transfer method and any necessary confidentiality arrangements can be agreed.

Privacy & Grievance Contact

For privacy questions, data-rights requests or grievances relating to personal information handled through this website, contact Glintrax at support@glintrax.com. This mailbox is monitored by a person authorised to handle those requests. Describe your request without including unnecessary sensitive information.

Depending on the laws that apply, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, objection or other uses of your personal information, and the right to raise a complaint with a relevant authority. Where processing relies on your consent, you may contact the same address to withdraw it. Identity or request details may need to be verified before information is disclosed or changed. Applicable retention requirements may limit deletion.

Cookies and linked websites

The site’s own navigation and animation code does not set cookies or use local or session storage. Cloudflare injects its Web Analytics script when serving the site; this is distinct from the site’s own code. Technically necessary security or network functionality may separately use cookies conditionally. See the Cookie Notice for details.

Links to third-party websites, including photography sources, take you to services with their own privacy practices. Photographs are hosted locally, fonts use the system font stack, and the site has no embedded videos or social-media widgets.
